The meeting will take place on Sunday December 5th at 5:00 PM, at the First Congregational Church on Main St. in Amherst, MA, following the regular monthly Amherst sing.
Aside from brief reports from officers and committees, the main business of the meeting will be to elect two new board members, and the officers who will organize the 2005 Convention.
In order to vote you must be a member of WMSHC, Inc.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider casting a vote by proxy or by absentee ballot.
Proxy
You may write a note and give it to a member who will attend the meeting,
authorizing that person to vote on your behalf.
Absentee Ballot
You may cast your vote electronically by sending an email to vote@wmshc.org.
In the interest of confidentiality, send your vote as an attachment, which
will be forwarded and recorded without identity attached.
