Dear singers and friends,

It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Mirjana "Minja" Lausevic, beloved wife of Tim Eriksen and mother of Luka and Anja Eriksen, on Sunday, July 15, from  a recurrent illness. Through Tim she has conveyed her great love to her dear friends, and the wish that she be remembered for her life and not her passing.

 

Memory Book of Minja Lausevic

We are asking for contributions of your memories and appreciations of Minja, how she touched your life, reflections on her joy in living and her tremendous loving heart.

Contributions can be written, photographed, or otherwise recorded.

This book is for Minja and Tim's children Luka (5) and Anja (3). It is something that will be saved for them until they are older. It is one small way that they can know more about their Mother through your memories and appreciations.

We ask that you sign your full name, date what you send and place your connection to Minja within context so that when they read your contribution, no further explanation will be required.

We thank you in advance for honoring and celebrating Minja by sharing your love for her with her children.

Western Massachusetts Sacred Harp Community, Inc. (WMSHC), a 501(c) non-profit organization, promotes community-based singing from The Sacred Harp through Sacred Harp Singing Schools, an annual Singing Convention and other educational and outreach activities. The Convention has no institutional, religious or political affiliation, but fosters the fellowship Sacred Harp singing engenders, and all who wish to participate are invited to lift their voices in song, regardless of musical training or ability.
